AI adoption, built around people

Make AI useful.
Bring your people with you.

Arx Sable implements AI in the systems your organization already uses. We assess workflows, build integrations and automation, and help teams adopt the changes. Direct observation and private conversations shape the technical work.

AI implementation in practice

A faster checkout, built around the work.

At a building materials company, Arx Sable integrated AI-driven monitoring to understand where work was getting stuck. We built a checkout workflow around those findings, with electronic receipts, signature capture, and optional single-page printing.

Checkout times recorded during this engagement. Client and employee identities stay private.

How we work

Start with the work. Get to know the people.

A useful tool still needs a team that can work with it. We take the time to understand both before making a change.

  1. Observe

We meet your people and watch the work. We look at the process you actually use, including where it gets difficult.

  2. Understand

Private conversations reveal what people need, what they distrust, and where the tools or the working relationships fall short.

  3. Bring people together

We address concerns individually, then in pairs and small groups. Wider team work follows when it helps.

  4. Implement

We choose what to build, buy, or leave alone. Training and technical changes follow the needs we found together.

  5. Review

We check the workflow and speak with the people using it. Leadership gets patterns, blockers, and recommendations.

This can mean bringing traditional and AI-first developers together, helping a business choose its first useful tool, or showing someone where to start.

Your team's concerns shape the plan. Leadership receives shared patterns and agreed recommendations. We keep individual conversations private.

Psychology and technology

The technical work and the people work belong together.

I combine 22 years in IT and systems engineering with a degree in behavioral psychology and ongoing education.

My work includes agents that monitor IT problems around the clock, payment reconciliation across Square and QuickBooks, and custom workflows built around where people get stuck.

I have seen useful technology get stuck because teams do not understand each other's work or concerns. My job is to understand why, bring people into the conversation, and make the technical change practical for the people using it.
