Standard and scope
Our website target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA across public pages and the inquiry flow.
Public agency projects have a separately agreed accessibility scope and acceptance process to support the agency's ADA Title II obligations. This website statement does not certify a separate product or client deployment.
Measures used on the site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip link to main content.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for informative images.
- Programmatic form labels and text error messages.
- Announcements for inquiry status.
- Responsive layouts and resizable text.
- Reduced-motion support.
The website has no audio or video requiring captions or transcripts. It does not use an accessibility overlay widget.
Checks on October 11, 2026 covered text contrast, layouts at 320, 375, and 768 pixels, text spacing overrides, and 200 percent CSS document zoom across all 15 public pages. Browser zoom through the browser controls remains unverified.
Testing and known limitations
Testing for this revision is dated October 11, 2026. Automated checks and manual checks have different scopes. An automated score alone does not establish conformance.
Axe-core 4.14.0 reported no WCAG 2.1 Level A or AA violations across all 15 pages and the form's error state. Lighthouse 13.5.0 reported accessibility scores of 100 on those pages. HTML validation reported no errors.
Chromium keyboard checks covered focus order, visible focus, skip links, mobile navigation, and reduced motion. Manual browser review covered the home page, inquiry fields, and legal pages.
VoiceOver review of the home page, inquiry form, and a legal page remains pending. The live third-party security challenge also needs an assistive technology review. Full conformance is not asserted while those checks remain open.
